Nuffield Review

July 10th, 2008

The Nuffield Review is a major inquiry into 14-19 education, based at Oxford University’s department of education.

For our purposes, the most relevant paper is here:

This provides an insight into how university admissions tutors, and others working in higher education, view the accountability system as it operates in schools. Importantly, it also offers views on the effects of hyper-accountability on school leavers.

The Nuffield Review website is also well worth a look, at http://www.nuffield14-19review.org.uk
